Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Venturo LLC (“Venturo,” “we,” “us”) for use of the Venturokin AI image studio and related pages. By submitting material or a prompt, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the generation features.

The current release is a limited UAT service. Features, access methods, limits, and availability may change while we test the product.

2. The service

Venturokin can edit an uploaded image or create an image from text using a third-party AI model. Access may require a private studio code. The UAT release does not offer accounts, public galleries, paid credits, or payment processing.

We may impose request, file-size, model, safety, or daily budget limits. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular generation time, or compatibility with every image.

3. Your materials and directions

You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts and source images. You give Venturo and its service providers a limited permission to process those materials only to operate, secure, and improve the requested service as described in the Privacy Notice.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and transform the material, including permission from identifiable people when required. Do not upload confidential material, access credentials, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

4. AI outputs

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or subject to third-party rights. We do not guarantee uniqueness, factual accuracy, merchantability, non-infringement, or suitability for a particular purpose. Review an output before publishing or relying on it.

To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to third-party rights, Venturo does not claim ownership of the output returned to you. You are responsible for how you use it. A failed photo edit will not be silently represented as a successful identity-preserving edit.

5. Responsible use and limitations

You must comply with law and our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not bypass the private access control, request limits, provider controls, or security measures. You may not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or use the service to build an unauthorized competing dataset or model.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Venturo and its members, employees, and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the UAT service.

6. Suspension and changes

We may reject a request, revoke a studio code, suspend access, or discontinue the UAT service when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider availability, or product changes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including rights, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.

7. Legal terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies linked here are the entire agreement for this UAT service.

We may update these Terms. A new effective date will appear on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
