1. Create with care
Venturokin is for lawful, consensual, original visual exploration. This policy supplements the Terms of Use. You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and uses of outputs, including any review required before publication.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use Venturokin to create, edit, facilitate, or distribute:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of a real person, or invasive surveillance.
- Content that meaningfully facilitates violence, terrorism, self-harm, illegal weapons, trafficking, fraud, malware, or other serious wrongdoing.
- Targeted harassment, credible threats, hateful abuse, or dehumanizing content directed at protected groups.
- Deceptive impersonation, forged evidence, election interference, or materially misleading media presented as authentic.
- Content that unlawfully infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.
3. Rights, identity, and style
Upload a person’s image only when you have a lawful basis and any permission required for the intended transformation. Do not remove identifying marks to conceal wrongdoing or create a false endorsement.
You may describe general visual qualities such as “golden-hour southern light,” “gouache storybook scenery,” or “longleaf pine and cypress woods.” Do not use the service to counterfeit official artwork, copy a protected character, reproduce a specific film frame, or falsely imply affiliation with a named studio or artist.
4. Platform and access abuse
- Do not share, scrape, steal, or publish the private UAT studio code.
- Do not evade rate limits, daily budgets, origin checks, provider safeguards, or access controls.
- Do not automate high-volume submissions, resell unauthorized access, probe infrastructure, or introduce malicious files.
- Do not submit the same potentially billable request again after an unknown provider response without first resolving its status.
5. Enforcement
We may reject content, suspend or revoke access, preserve limited evidence, or notify appropriate parties when reasonably necessary for safety, security, rights, or law. Provider policies may independently reject a request. A rejected or interrupted edit will not be silently replaced with an unrelated generation.
6. Report a concern
Include the URL, date, a concise description, and your relationship to the affected material. Do not resend illegal or highly sensitive content.
