Privacy Notice

1. Scope

This Privacy Notice explains how Venturo LLC handles information when you visit Venturokin, use the UAT image studio, or contact us. It covers the website and model workflow but not independent websites linked from it.

2. What we process

Content you provide

We process prompts, selected aspect ratio, and any source photograph you upload. Those materials are sent to the configured image provider to perform your request. The generated image is returned to the active browser.

Technical and support data

The service may process an IP address in memory for rate limiting, request path, response status, timing, browser headers, and security events. If you email us, we process your address, message, and attachments. Do not include secrets or unnecessary sensitive information.

Access code and cookies

The UAT studio code is sent in a protected request header and kept in the active page only; the site does not place it in local storage or a URL. This UAT version does not use advertising, analytics, account, or payment cookies.

3. How we use information

• Provide the requested image edit or text-to-image generation.
• Protect private UAT access, enforce request and daily budget limits, and investigate abuse.
• Maintain reliability, diagnose errors, and respond to support or rights requests.
• Comply with law and protect users, Venturo, and service providers.

We do not sell personal information or use your uploaded image to advertise to you.

4. Service providers and transfers

For generation, Venturokin sends the prompt and, for an edit, the source image to Maisi’s API and its underlying model infrastructure. Hosting, Alibaba Cloud ACK/ALB, DNS, security, and network providers may process technical data needed to deliver and protect the service. Their processing may occur in jurisdictions different from yours.

We disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, rights, or safety. We do not disclose provider credentials to the browser.

5. Retention

The current UAT application does not intentionally store source or generated images in a database, public gallery, or Pod filesystem. While a generation job is active, its result may remain in volatile application memory for up to about 30 minutes or until an earlier capacity eviction, then it is cleared. The generated file is returned to your browser for download. The model provider and infrastructure providers may retain request data under their own operational and legal policies.

In-memory idempotency, rate-limit, and daily-budget records expire or disappear when the application restarts. Security and infrastructure logs may be retained for a limited operational period. Support correspondence is retained as needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.

6. Your privacy choices

Depending on your location, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive information about personal data we control, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email us from an address we can verify. We may request information needed to confirm identity and scope.

You can avoid image processing by not submitting a prompt or photograph. Closing or refreshing the page clears the studio code from the page; generated data still present in browser memory is cleared when the page is closed or replaced.

7. Security and children

We use server-side provider credentials, private UAT access, origin checks, file allowlists, request limits, and transport security. No system is completely secure, and this limited release should not be used for confidential or high-risk content.

Venturokin is not directed to children under 13, and minors may use it only with the involvement and permission required by applicable law. Do not upload sensitive images of minors.
